WHAT WILL YOU DO? Core activities

You will develop and implement AI-driven solutions, leveraging LLMs and machine learning to optimize business processes.

You will analyze domain datasets, extracting insights and transforming business needs into predictive models.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy scalable AI applications.

You will work with LangGraph / Crew AI for building complex agentic LLM architectures and agent-based solutions; Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, ML Studio) for scalable AI services and deployments; Python for AI solution development and integration; PyTorch and Huggingface for creating and training custom deep learning models. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields. Valuable expertise

.

Proficiency in Python for developing AI solutions. Strong background in statistical analysis and data mining to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.

Expertise in NLP techniques, including text categorization, entity extraction, text generation, and chatbot development.

Experience integrating Generative AI solutions and leveraging Large Language Models in real-world applications.

Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e. g. , TensorFlow, Torch, PyTorch) for building and training models.

Competence in using Git for efficient code management and collaboration.

Familiarity with model repositories (e. g. , Hugging Face) to access and deploy pre-trained models. Nice to have

Experience with computer vision techniques (e. g. , object detection, object segmentation) to complement your data analysis skills.

Familiarity with LoRA frameworks for optimizing and scaling AI models.

Prior exposure to cloud-based AI services, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, ML Studio).

Experience in working in agile environments and interdisciplinary teams within the insurance sector.

Additional programming skills or expertise in other data visualization and analytical tools will be considered a plus.
