Main Responsibility Analysis of customer requirements and preparation of solutions within the framework of customer orders and/or product/solution developmentDefinition and documentation of the scope of works/services required by the customer in accordance with the sales department and guidance of team leaderProcessing, maintenance and conditioning data for customers according to the requirement of projectsParticipate in the establishment and update of the auto parts database to improve the accuracy of parts adaptationCooperation with other corporate divisions like VDS, PADS, Sales, Product etc. Assist the leader and overseas colleagues to complete projectsOther tasks assigned by leaderQualification Bachelor degree or aboveProficient in Excel/Access/VBA and formula processing operations; familiar with Python/SQL/Power BI and understand how to apply it in data scenariosExperienced in data processing is preferred; priority given to those with relevant data knowledge of automotive spare partsGood knowledge about customer specific product management tasks in the IAM area (Independent Automotive Aftermarket) will be an added advantageA positive attitude, curious, self-motivated and takes responsibilityStrong logical analysis ability, good communication and customer orientedA quick learner and team player
