Data Strategist
A data savvy, technology rooted and relevancy focused strategic thinker, you will support our CDP practice into the larger Media. Monks eco-system leveraging the best strategic thinking across all digital marketing to enable our clients to plan, launch and optimize their ability to engage their customers in relevant and meaningful marketing experiences.
**Responsibilities
- Design and deliver strategic data activation initiatives across the client martech ecosystem, with a mix of stakeholder engagements and technical knowledge
- Facilitating brainstorm sessions with client to develop innovative, impactful ideas for amplifying key initiative; develop best ideas into actionable plans
- Keep up with the evolving platform needs of clients and understand the most up to date Customer Data Platforms and Data Clean Rooms
- Support new business Growth and existing Account teams through fostering, developing and maintaining relationships with customers on enterprise clients
- Offer strategic architectural insight and consultation for a clients' holistic digital marketing activation strategy.
- A strategic and creative thinker - always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions
- Act as the strategy services bureau within the company, working with Account team to enable Salesforce powered strategic services to their account base
- Interacting with team resources across multiple functional groups
- Forecast activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied clients that can be referenced in future sales cycles
**Requirements**:
- A track record of success with either CRM/Media or CRO activation capabilities
- Experience identifying unique and complex marketing/business challenges and solutions
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and with limited direction about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
- Experience supporting diverse sets of digital marketing programs mapping back to larger strategy and achieving key objectives
- Ability to manage client facing conversations to deliver positive business outcomes
- Must be able to work independently with high degree of initiative and ability to multi-task
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Marketing or Professional Services organization
- Knowledge of the main CDPs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion and commitment for customer success
- Reasonable technical solution aptitude
- Strong time management skills
- Experience working with clients investing in Marketing software (Cloud/SaaS/On-demand/on premise)
