Dataops Support Operator
ABOUT THE ROLEAs a DataOps Support Operator, you will mainly handle customer requests, identifying root causes and managing prompt solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
You will provide meaningful insights to other team members to increase proactive coverage maintenance.
Collaboration with other teams, both within DataOps and in the wider LM organization, such as the DMR AM Team and DMR Tech Team, will be essential. Missions:Management of fireline requests:Provide feedback to users and resolve their issues as quickly as possible. Conduct basic checks on media registry and document contents. Management of coverage additions:Propose new sources to add. Create and enrich media/sections. Collaborate with the DataOps Quality Team, DMR Account Managers Team, and DMR Tech Team to propose technical or process initiatives to enhance customer support activities. ABOUT YOUWho You Are:Advanced English proficiency. Strong analytical ability. Autonomous and proactive. Excellent communication skills. Ability to switch between tasks effectively.
