ABOUT THE ROLE As a DataOps Support Operator, you will mainly handle customer requests, identifying root causes and managing prompt solutions to maintain client satisfaction. You will provide meaningful insights to other team members to increase proactive coverage maintenance. Collaboration with other teams, both within DataOps and in the wider LM organization, such as the DMR AM Team and DMR Tech Team, will be essential.

Missions: Management of fireline requests:Provide feedback to users and resolve their issues as quickly as possible. Conduct basic checks on media registry and document contents. Management of coverage additions:Propose new sources to add. Create and enrich media/sections. Collaborate with the DataOps Quality Team, DMR Account Managers Team, and DMR Tech Team to propose technical or process initiatives to enhance customer support activities. ABOUT YOU Who You Are: Advanced English proficiency. Strong analytical ability. Autonomous and proactive. Excellent communication skills. Ability to switch between tasks effectively. Our Data Operations (DataOps) team, consisting of nearly 200 people from around the world (Spain, Italy, Romania, China, Venezuela, and more), works together to provide the most exhaustive and accurate data to our customers.

Within DataOps, the DMR Support team is focused on managing customer support requests, providing solutions through checks and investigations in the database, and managing coverage additions to enhance the company's scope and effectiveness.
