**Summary

Covering this position you'll manage import and export practices for various Baxter Legal Entities, ensuring customs compliance.

You'll be part of the Distribution Center team in Medolla!

**What you'll be doing

- Support the team in managing customs practices for definitive/temporary imports/technical tests by completing the necessary paperwork for the Customs Agency/USMAF and the related documentation

- Archive the documentation relating to each import in the relevant files

- Implement Baxter's indications regarding tenders and freight and verify the invoices for import trades, requesting the necessary credit notes when due.

- Check import customs documents and ensures their adjustment if necessary

- Perform backups for exports to support the team

- Contribute to the achievement of the objectives, in compliance with the quality policy and EHS standards

**What you'll bring

- Bachelor degree in economics or linguistic field is preferred

- Previous experience in import processes preferred

- Fluent English knowledge
