Deal Structuring and Pricing (DSP) professionals shape deal financials for high risk and complex client engagements, that might include multinational arrangements, joint ventures, alliances, setting up or acquisition of operating companies, and other equity investment transactions. Le tue caratteristicheJob QualificationsKey responsibilities may include:Responsible for the financial buildup of new opportunities, elaborating financial models and business cases both for Accenture and the client to identify and maximize the value of the opportunitiesAssess and apply various pricing methodologies to meet company and client objectivesPrepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flows supporting client engagements in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture policies and commercial standardsRepresent contract financials in Accenture approval meetingsIf you are looking for a finance career in a high-performing international company, don't miss your chance to join the Italian DSP team at one of the world's most sustainable, diverse, and ethical companies.
