Defence & Security Sales Manager
Your tasks**:
- Keeping and Creating sustainable valued relationship with our key governmental / industrial customers while achieving annual business target.
- Focus on developing new opportunities in the Military Communications, Critical Infrastructure and Government business.
- Consulting with customers to understand and address their technical and business requirements with R&S solutions / services that meet their needs.
- Close agreements with distributors, partners and third parties (system integrators, , ), necessary for the success of the business.
- Planning and executing account development initiatives to generate demand in the key account.
- Follow up of public and private tenders.
- Align annual business and sales strategies and targets with Corporate business strategy and objectives.
- Building a clear picture of potential business at the accounts to drive solutions and product development on priorities within R&S.
- Lead the local sales team towards target achievement.

**Your qualifications**:
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or relevant field of studies.
- Previous experience in Sales or Business Development in Defense and Government industry.
- Experience in Project business with long sales cycle is preferred.
- Solid experience in public tendering and bidding processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer focused: able to build sustainable and strong relationships with customers, to understand and anticipate customer´s needs and to take actions to fulfil these needs.
- Mother language Italian, fluent in spoken and written English; German language, a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
- Security certification is required for the position.
