Defence & Security Sales Manager
Keeping and creating sustainable valued relationships with our key governmental and industrial customers while achieving annual business targets. Focusing on developing new opportunities in Military Communications, Critical Infrastructure, and Government business. Consulting with customers to understand and address their technical and business requirements with R&S solutions and services that meet their needs. Closing agreements with distributors, partners, and third parties (system integrators) necessary for the success of the business. Planning and executing account development initiatives to generate demand in key accounts. Following up on public and private tenders. Aligning annual business and sales strategies and targets with corporate business strategy and objectives. Building a clear picture of potential business at the accounts to drive solutions and product development on priorities within R&S. Leading the local sales team towards target achievement.
