**Position**:

We are currently looking for a** Delivery Consultant Trainer **for our Connected Care Business Unit.

If you are an employee with passion, a heart for customers, professional competence and the need to be part of something big, then we are looking for you!

**You are responsible to**:

- Work with the project manager to propose solutions to customer needs;

- Collaborate with product teams across business units to plan, evaluate and prioritize missing features;

- Assists in creating Statements of Work for projects and change requests;

- Assist regional teams in the configuration of the solution to meet customer and solution design expectations;

- Participate in the tests sessions;

- Provide feedback to product teams;

- Communicate with customer and regional teams to ensure they are updated on status of the product;

- As a trainer, design and perform adaptable training sessions for regional teams;

- Attend the go-live project delivery

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related fields;

- Previous experience in analogous role in the Healthcare sector, with preferential to the Connected Care domain;

- Fluent in English both spoken and written (Level C1);

- Italian speaking and writing is a strong asset;

- Willing to travel and make frequent business trips both in Italy and Abroad;

- Strong organization skills;

- Ability to work in a team environment and to build strong relationships both internally and externally;

- Efficient communication, ability to obtain consensus especially with the customers;

- Willing to be part of the new IVD solution setup and internationalization.
