The role is based in Milan with an hybrid work model

What will you do?

Coordination and monitoring of vendor activities.

Management of ticket-based workflows and maintenance.

Creation of tracking files for vendor tickets and releases.

Development of vendor-specific communication channels.

Comprehensive documentation and collection of portal-related data.

Handling of backlog tickets exceeding 20 days' aging.

Collaborative efforts in reducing backlog by engaging relevant teams.

Proven experience in IT project management or IT service management.

Proficiency in process management and governance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt and evolve in a dynamic, challenging environment.

Good English and Italian fluent
