Skills and experiences
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or a related role, within the Industrial area.
- Proven experience managing large-scale system integration projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e. g. , MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

What you'll do
**Portfolio Management**:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the industry identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Industry Clients
**Project Leadership**:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication of project goals and objectives.
- Ensure projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Facilitate project planning sessions, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
**Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders (internal and external), including senior management, clients, and vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
**Team Leadership**:
- Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources for projects execution.
**Risk and Issue Management**:
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management as appropriate.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Promote and implement best practices and Avanade methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
