**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and monitor the successful execution of the services as per the contract terms, while performing scope control and assess risks and opportunities for future growth.
- Regularly communicate the progress of the services to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate the activities of the delivery team ensuring both functional and technical coherence and consistency of the proposed and implemented solutions, in more detail:
- Plan time management (ensure delivery on budget, on schedule, on quality, setting and monitoring project plans and SLAs)
- Control costs (management of suppliers and all economic/financial aspects of the project/service)
- Analyze, monitor and manage project and service risks
- Govern project/service documentation
- Manage meetings with the Client's management for project/service status updates
- Collaborate internally with Client Managers (support in pre-sales activities, preparation for tenders, company presentation and offering to potential new customers)
- Assess the impacts and estimate the commitment (in terms of time and costs) of implementing new projects and/or new services (AMS services)
**Education & Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one of the project management methods (Waterfall or Agile)
- Excellent organizational skills and orientation towards achieving results
- Strong familiarity with remote working, virtual team management, non-face-to-face team building
- Ability to present the status of the services per client at the executive level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Clearly demonstrate the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
**Desired soft skills**:
- Experience in Financial Services or Fashion luxury field
**Location**: Casalecchio di Reno (BO) or Milan with flexible work arrangements
