Role Purpose**:

Within Project Management team, the delivery manager is responsible for delivering technology solutions (integrated core and 3rd parties solutions) to Corporate Customers both Private and PA.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Responsible for executing delivery of integrated solutions (both core and 3rd parties) to private and PA corporate Customers for ensuring time and quality agreed.

- Responsible for monitoring 3rd parties activities, verifying contractual agreement compliancy, defining and tracking KPIs, managing escalations properly.

- Responsible for interfacing with customers for verifying technical details and planning of on field activities (i. e.

planning activities or escalation management), using strong communications skills and driving the results of the activities as a decision maker,

- Responsible for overseeing delivery tasks executions on order management systems in order to ensure technical consistency before activation

- Responsible for digital transformation of internal and external processes and procedures in order to increase efficiency and quality.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Experience with innovative solutions also acquired during academic journey/stages.

- Fluency in English with B2 level or higher/ equivalent experience

- Scientific or engineering degree preferred

- 1+ years of ICT experience preferred

- experience with 5g/IoT products preferred

- NPS (Net Promoter Score) from customers' evaluation

- On Time Delivery
