Role Purpose**:

Within Project Management team, the delivery manager is responsible for delivering technology solutions (integrated core and 3rd parties solutions) to Corporate Customers both Private and PA.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Responsible for executing delivery of integrated solutions (both core and 3rd parties) to private and PA corporate Customers for ensuring time and quality agreed.

- Responsible for monitoring 3rd parties activities, verifying contractual agreement compliancy, defining and tracking KPIs, managing escalations properly.

- Responsibile for interfacing with customers for verifying technical details and planning of on field activities (i. e.

planning activities or escalation management), using strong communications skills and driving the results of the activities as a decision maker,

- Responsible for overseeing delivery tasks executions on order management systems in order to ensure technical consistency before activation

- Responsible for improving or creating internal and external processes and procedures for increasing efficiency and quality

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Proven Experience in managing multiple partners and delivering innovative solutions (i. e 5G, IoT) core and provided by 3rd parties

- Excellent communication skills with partners, customers, and internal team

- Problem solving and ability to learn about new products and services

- Customer oriented approach and effective communication skills

- High Teamworking ability

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certifications preferred or an experience with 5g products/solutions

- Fluency in English with B2 level or higher/ equivalent experience

- 3+ years of ICT experience

- 1+ years of experience with 5g/IoT products preferred

- Scientific or engineering degree preferred
