Cosa farai?
Guidare la creazione e lo sviluppo del delivery team all'interno di Amaris Consulting.
Progettare e proporre soluzioni innovative per il mercato, con un focus sulle discipline ingegneristiche.
Condurre attività di proposta tecnica approfondita, mettendo in mostra la tua competenza in questo settore.
Garantire una comprensione completa del mercato romano per adattare soluzioni in modo efficace.
La conoscenza fluente dell'inglese è obbligatoria per facilitare una comunicazione chiara ed efficace.
? Cosa Richiediamo?
Laurea in materie ingegneristiche è obbligatoria!
3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli tecnici nel settore dell'ingegneria.
Comprovata esperienza nella guida di team tecnici e nella gestione dei reparti di consegna.
Eccezionale capacità di elaborare e presentare proposte tecniche.
Forte capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi, con un approccio orientato ai dettagli.
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione in inglese, sia scritta che verbale.
Conoscenza del mercato romano e delle sue sfide e opportunità specifiche.
Flessibile e adattabile, con la volontà di affrontare nuove sfide.
Dotato di qualità di leadership, con la capacità di ispirare e motivare i team verso il raggiungimento di obiettivi comuni.
