Overview:Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Verona, is seeking an experiencedFreelance Delphi Developerto support and enhance their existing software systems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise inDelphi and C#, with the ability to provide strategic guidance on software solutions.

This is apart-timerole requiringonsite presence two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications usingDelphi and C#.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand software requirements and business needs.

Advise on best practices and improvements for the software package.

Debug and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Provide technical support and guidance to the client's IT team.

Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience inDelphidevelopment.

Solid knowledge ofC#and related technologies.

Previous experience in amanufacturingor industrial environment is a plus.

Ability to analyze business needs and advise on software improvements.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Fluent Italian speaker(required).

Must be available to workonsite in Verona 2 days per week.
