We are looking for an ambitious Integrated Solutions Specialist (ISS) to join our Bioprocessing Equipment & Automation (BEA) technical team. As ISS, your aim is to increase sales of BEA to our Biopharmaceutical customers, in partnership with cross-functional teams.

You will focus your time on building strategic relationships, supporting new and existing sales opportunities alongside our Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) team, and cultivating these opportunities to completion.

**What will you do? **:

- Support customer face to face meetings and provide technical support/facilitation to the commercial discussion.

- Support, drive, and close all hardware and automation sales projects for your region alongside the TSS team.

- Provide strategic support regarding BEA equipment: focused largely on DeltaV automation support to our global TSS team.

- Technical consulting on URS and functional specification documents.

- Support TSS in assembling complex automation quotes.

- Work consistently in a cross-functional manner with Divisional resources and partners.

- Provide input and support in a variety of BEA sales situations with a high degree of collaboration alongside the Technical Solutions Engineering team.

**How will you get there? **:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree related to Life Sciences and/or Process Automation

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of related experience in bioprocessing and process automation

- Proven team working skills to contribute in a highly matrixed organization

- Sales experience within the biopharmaceutical sector preferred

- Strong influencing and networking skills

- Willingness to travel extensively on a weekly basis, 25-50%
