As a **Demand & Distribution Planner**, you will play a key role working within the EMEA Merchandising Department, performing distribution stock activities for the EMEA retail network in order to optimize store productivity and achieve sales budgets.

**What makes up your day

In this role, you will:

- Elaborate and execute merchandise transfers amongst stores, warehouses and markets based on sales performance

- Plan product consolidations across the network, in coordination with Buyers

- Manage the CQR business (continuative stock) in coordination with Buyers and Sales & Distribution team

- Liaise with Customer Service on delivery status and orders

- Suggest in-season re-assortments according to the sales trend, in collaboration with Buyers

For this role, we're looking for someone with:

- Strong analytical skills to analyse and understand product performance and market trends

- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail

- Interest and sensibility to product will constitute an advantage in the selection process

- 2 years previous experience in logistic/customer service roles

- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
