**Position Summary
Actively involved in Monthly Business Process in order to meet Customer Demand, ensuring availability of finished goods at the right stock location with required freshness.
Support DSP Manager in the effective implementation of best practices and efficient processes using statistical tools for Demand and Supply planning activities
**A Day in the Life of the Demand & Supply Planner
- Active player in the monthly forecasting process for generation of forecast in a multichannel context, sharing data and critical info with Category Sales Manager and Trade Marketing.
Capture and analyze commercial, marketing and sales input/events, analyze baselines, events, uplifts and interpret historical data and statistical forecast, to reflect into the 18-month rolling forecast
- Identify and manage exceptions, monitor performances in order to continuously improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan
- Review historical sales trends, evaluating statistical forecast results.
Consistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy and variability BIAS balance
- Manage the relationship with inter market partners in order to plan SKUs' supply for all channels to meet customer demand, avoiding OOS and waste
- Manage copacking process to ensure finished products availability.
