As one of Demand & Supply Planning Manager (M/F/d), you are responsible for an innovative Supply and inventory planning in order to enhance customer satisfaction and the company growth.

About the role: As Supply Planning Expert you manage the Demand & Supply Planning process being responsible for multiple supplier portfolios for a customer market based on a commercial contract.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing the Demand & Supply balance properly to keep inventory at a healthy level while maximizing supply availability for your portfolio.
- Accurately process the daily ordering process, supported by our planning tool.
- Monitor & Manage relevant Supply Chain KPIs, such as days of supply, forecast accuracy, and on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance.
- Take initiative to adjust plans accordingly with related stakeholders when any deviation is found, such as risk mitigation activities for supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor, track and communicate status of critical supply disruptions.
- Foster collaboration with directly linked department like Procurement, Logistics and Finance
- as well as with suppliers.
- Focus on continuous improvements of internal processes and collaboration with our suppliers to achieve constantly growing customer satisfaction and company growth.
- Participate in E2E optimization projects e. g.
held by the Supply Chain Excellence team.
You work closely together with your Demand & Supply Planning team and the Supply Chain Excellence Team and will report to the Senior Manager, Demand & Supply Planning.
Your Profile:
- You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience or have a Bachelor degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration.
- You have relevant knowledge and experience within demand and/or supply planning.
- You are a quick learner and have strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Experience in delivering high-impact presentations and conducting successful decision making with internal & external stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas towards various stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- You have knowledge of ERP and Planning software and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Italian and English language is a requirement; knowledge of any other language would be considered advantageous.
