Within the Operations department, the Demand & Supply Planning team is responsible for creating the demand plan with 18 months horizon and transforming it into a supply plan for production. The Demand & Supply Planning Intern will provide support in the demand and supply planning process for finished goods and promotional materials, improve the accuracy of the forecast plan, run analysis, and enhance Customer Service and Logistics specific processes. The role resides in the Demand & Supply Planning team while partially supporting Customer Service & Logistics on specific activities and projects.

RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths

Being an active part of the monthly demand and supply plan process (part of the S&OP process). Running root cause analysis on forecast errors to improve the accuracy of our demand plan. Conducting root cause analysis in logistics failures to enhance our service to customers. Analysing and streamlining specific Customer Service processes. Improving Operations reporting. QualificationsEducation: University Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Statistics
