Description**:

Role Purpose

As Demand Assurance Management Lead within Network Governance and Demand Italy headed by Lorenzo Pavesi, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Demand Assurance Managers and Demand Specialists.

You will be focused in managing Demands from Consumer Business Unit, Wholesale, Customer Operations, Staff and Technology.

The team members will lead medium-large scale projects and very complex demands cross verticals by ad hoc program managers.

You will support commercial department in building and defining the products and services from the idea to the technical feasibility

The role in particular is aimed to collect, triage and coordinate the in-country demands for Network.

You will be Accountable for the triage and for the completion of impact assessment from the NW Vertical teams.

Finally, you will be Responsible for submission and representation at the Demand Approval Board for the GO/NO GO.

**Job Responsibility**:

Key accountabilities

- Responsible to lead the team Demand Management CBU, COPS, Wholesale, Staff and Tech

- Accountable to perform initial triage of demand and engagement with requestor by category

- Engagement with NW BEM to further shape the scope/actors for the most strategic initiatives

- Accountable to Engage NW Vertical Teams for starting the high level impact assessment

- Interlock opportunities and improvements of Networks Engagement

- Accountable to coordinate and complete High-Level Design and Feasibility from all Network Verticals

- Responsible for Representation of all Demands on Weekly Focus Call with requestors and NW Vertical SPOC

- Accountable for timely production and distribution of Demand Board Agenda

- Clear requests presented to enable successful decision making

- Accountable for requestor stakeholder presence for the presentation to Demand Board

- Responsible for Demand Board actions and decisions

- Accountable for demands approved and associated actions post Demand Board

- Minutes and actions tracked

- Accountable to ensure funding and cross charging actions are concluded

- Accountable for Networks representation at Local Governance (e. g. . EDRA Board) for enterprise opportunities

- Representation for Networks costing for enterprise tiered deals

- Responsible for communicating down selection and subsequently won or lost opportunities

- Ensure effective interlock with Digital and IT department

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

- Strong knowledge of mobile and fixed Network architecture

- Strong Project management skills and experience

- Strong ability in negotiation and interpersonal relationship.

- Good Knowledge of Agile methodology

- Good skill in business/technical writing

- Excellent organizational, presentation and analytics skills

- Strong ability in influencing and problem solving under pressure from both customers and internal stakeholders, to ensure solution designs are deliverable

- Strong knowledge of Consumer Product and services

- Strong motivation in steadily improving and learning

- Strong knowledge of provisioning processes and Telco systems Architecture

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.

Education- Relevant higher education in the Engineering field, preferably on Telco;

- Fluent in English.
