Demand Assurance Mgmt Senior Expert
What you'll do
As Demand Assurance Mgmt Senior Expert in Network Governance and Demand Team, in VST, the candidate will have the opportunity to lead medium-large scale projects, manage demands from the Vodafone Business Italy department.
The Demand Assurance Mgmt Senior Expert mission is to collect, triage and coordinate the in-country demands for Network. The candidate will be accountable for the triage and for the completion of impact assessment from the NW Vertical teams. Finally, he/she will be Responsible for submission and representation at the Demand Approval Board for the GO/NO GO.
Mainly he/she will support Vertical Solutions department ( Education, Tourism, Entertainment & Retail) in building and defining the Vodafone Business products and Innovative services portfolio from the idea to the solution architecture and technical feasibility; he/she will support also Business Departments in promoting products and services by events and demos and also to participate to Public tenders.
Moreover, the candidate will follow the initiative Open Innovation Program supporting marketing in the selection of Innovative Startup companies and their products for realizing POCs to be showed to top management.
Key Accountabilities
Accountable to perform initial triage of demand and engagement with requestor by category
Engagement with NW BEM to further shape the scope/actors for the most strategic initiatives
Accountable to Engage NW Vertical Teams for starting the high level impact assessment
Interlock opportunities and improvements of Networks Engagement
Accountable to coordinate and complete High-Level Design and Feasibility from all Network Verticals
Responsible for Representation of all Demands on Weekly Focus Call with requestors and NW Vertical SPOC
Accountable for timely production and distribution of Demand Board Agenda
Clear requests presented to enable successful decision making
Accountable for requestor stakeholder presence for the presentation to Demand Board
Responsible for Demand Board actions and decisions
Accountable for demands approved and associated actions post Demand Board
Minutes and actions tracked
Accountable to ensure funding and cross charging actions are concluded
Accountable for Networks representation at Local Governance (e. g. . EDRA Board) for enterprise opportunities
Representation for Networks costing for enterprise tiered deals
Responsible for communicating down selection and subsequently won or lost opportunities
Support the Concept definition of Smart Mobility & Automotive and Manufacturing, Industry 4. 0 & Surveillance, MPN products.
Ensure effective interlock with Digital and IT department
Core Competencies
Strong knowledge of mobile and fixed Network architecture
Strong Project management skills and experience
Strong ability in negotiation and interpersonal relationship.
Good Knowledge of Agile methodology
Good skill in business/technical writing
Excellent organizational, presentation and analytics skills
Strong ability in influencing and problem solving under pressure from both customers and internal stakeholders, to ensure solution designs are deliverable
Strong knowledge of Business Product and services and specifically for 5G services.
Strong motivation in steadily improving and learning
Strong knowledge of provisioning processes and Telco systems Architecture
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent mastery of the MS Office suite (Excel, Project, Word, Powerpoint)
Must Haves
University Degree in Computer Science or Engineering field, preferably on Telco ;
Fluent in English and Italia
