As Demand Assurance Mgmt Senior Expert in Network Governance and Demand Team, in VST, the candidate will have the opportunity to lead medium-large scale projects, managing demands from the Vodafone Business Italy department. The Demand Assurance Mgmt Senior Expert mission is to collect, triage and coordinate the in-country demands for Network.
The candidate will be accountable for the triage and for the completion of impact assessment from the NW Vertical teams.
Finally, he/she will be responsible for submission and representation at the Demand Approval Board for the GO/NO GO. Mainly he/she will support the Vertical Solutions department (Education, Tourism, Entertainment & Retail) in building and defining the Vodafone Business products and Innovative services portfolio from the idea to the solution architecture and technical feasibility; he/she will also support Business Departments in promoting products and services by events and demos and participate in Public tenders. Moreover, the candidate will follow the initiative Open Innovation Program supporting marketing in the selection of Innovative Startup companies and their products for realizing POCs to be shown to top management. Key AccountabilitiesAccountable to perform initial triage of demand and engagement with requestor by categoryEngagement with NW BEM to further shape the scope/actors for the most strategic initiativesAccountable to engage NW Vertical Teams for starting the high-level impact assessmentInterlock opportunities and improvements of Networks EngagementAccountable to coordinate and complete High-Level Design and Feasibility from all Network VerticalsResponsible for Representation of all Demands on Weekly Focus Call with requestors and NW Vertical SPOCAccountable for timely production and distribution of Demand Board AgendaClear requests presented to enable successful decision makingAccountable for requestor stakeholder presence for the presentation to Demand BoardResponsible for Demand Board actions and decisionsAccountable for demands approved and associated actions post Demand BoardMinutes and actions trackedAccountable to ensure funding and cross charging actions are concludedAccountable for Networks representation at Local Governance (e. g. , EDRA Board) for enterprise opportunitiesRepresentation for Networks costing for enterprise tiered dealsResponsible for communicating down selection and subsequently won or lost opportunitiesSupport the Concept definition of Smart Mobility & Automotive and Manufacturing, Industry 4. 0 & Surveillance, MPN products. Ensure effective interlock with Digital and IT departmentCore CompetenciesStrong knowledge of mobile and fixed Network architectureStrong Project management skills and experienceStrong ability in negotiation and interpersonal relationshipsGood Knowledge of Agile methodologyGood skill in business/technical writingExcellent organizational, presentation and analytics skillsStrong ability in influencing and problem solving under pressure from both customers and internal stakeholders, to ensure solution designs are deliverableStrong knowledge of Business Product and services and specifically for 5G servicesStrong motivation in steadily improving and learningStrong knowledge of provisioning processes and Telco systems ArchitectureA bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalentExcellent mastery of the MS Office suite (Excel, Project, Word, Powerpoint)Must HavesUniversity Degree in Computer Science or Engineering field, preferably in TelcoFluent in English and ItalianNot a perfect fit?
