The job is dynamic, things happen, and conditions change frequently.
Therefore, you need to be alert to changes in forecast and communicate with production and internally in the organization to make the right priorities.
You should therefore be comfortable in making own decisions to find quick and easy solutions to difficult problems.
A large part of the job is about being clear with our requests to our suppliers and internal stakeholders.
The key is how and in what way you communicate our needs, both within the company and outside.
**How you will contribute
You will:
- Support the Demand Planning Team in delivering the targeted Service Level providing the linkage to Supply Planning.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of service management information between Markets and the Supply Hubs and Load Control Centre (LCC) through correct daily & weekly Service Reporting.
- Providing insights to Daily and Weekly service management processes through Service reporting analysis, proposing actions to avoid immediate Service Risks.
- Support the Demand Planning Team in delivering targeted Forecast Performance through analysis and follow through of planning capabilities.
- Provide analysis support for the Demand Planning manager in preparation of the weekly Service Outlook meetings and, propose actions to avoid Service Risks for the full short to long-term horizon.
- Responsible point of contact for Order To Cash (OTC) order management teams, providing input to daily huddle & service coding.
Support OTC for seasonal/New product development (NPD) articles to get to zero stock position by end of selling period.
- Accountable for stock management tasks based on outputs of weekly service outlook meeting.
- Reduce and mitigate Ageing Stock and Waste risks by following up on initiation and execution of local mitigation actions as agreed with Sales / Customer Service Function to minimize sales and write-off risks.
- Provide guidance on & ensure allocations in line with agreements made within Service meeting in collaboration with OTC teams, influencing OTC teams to mitigate service issues with changed promotional & delivery phasing.
- Ensuring accurate and timely creation for Co-Manufacturing Purchase Orders.
- Understand the Planning process for Co-packed SKUs and collaborate with Supply Planning Hubs on component availability.
- Accountable for setting up the stock transfer between Nordic Distribution Centers
**What you will bring

- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint
- Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and improving the plan
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills - and able to understand and interpret data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who can work with many other functions daily.
**Experience & technical skills**:
- University degree, preferably Supply Chain, Financial or Logistics education.
- If you have worked with commodity planning, procurement, production, and sales of fast-moving consumer goods, it is an advantage.
- Experience of SAP APO, BI and Excel is a clear advantage since a very large part of the work is carried out in these systems.
- Fluent in English, speech and writing.
