**About** **the Company**: for a multinational company, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an **ICT Demand Manager CO-PS.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Act as an ICT business partner for Controlling / Project System area, implementing SAP and other company/market solutions among countries, interfacing with internal customers to understand requirements and transforming them in ICT solutions.

- Support Process Owners in maintaining/customizing the business blueprint and performing functional analysis.

- Implement the agreed solution on time and cost, or interface with external consultants for ensuring the solutions are implemented.

Ensure IT internal tests.

- Act as point of reference for help desk request.

Implement/test solutions or supervise external consultants during implementation/test/delivery.

Manage the change development in close liaise with the ICT Director, Line Manager and Process Owner.

- Manage IT audit controls, ensuring the applicable systems are in compliance with audit requirements (Sox).

**Requisiti**:

**Must have**:

- Degree in Economic Science, Engineering, Computer Science or similar.

- At least 5 years related experience as Demand Manager/Functional Analyst/Consultant within a multinational company.

An equivalent experience on SAP is mandatory.

- Proven experience in International projects for new implementations, rollouts, as well as Application maintenance of SAP (S/4Hana) and SalesForce.

- Experience on other tools is considered a plus: SAP FI / BW / BPC / AFO, Power BI, Other ERP.

- English level: minimum B2 Upper Intermediate
