**Position Summary

You will develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan at SKU level on a daily basis for a portfolio of products, which represents the most realistic estimate of customer demand.

Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes.

Identify and manage exceptions and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company's ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances.

Responsible of Sales Forecasting activities, collaborating with Sales Team.

**A day in the life of Demand Planner Chilled

- Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan at SKU level and on daily basis for a portfolio of products, which represents the most realistic estimate of customer demand

- Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning

- Identify and manage exceptions, and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company's ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances

- Focus on shelf life of products in order to mitigate risks of bad goods

- Review historical sales trends, evaluate statistical forecast results and develop SAS tools

- Consistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy and variability BIAS balance

- Challenge customer plans

- Sales, Marketing, Channel Category Sales Development, Demand analyst

- Customer service, Logistics

- Supply planning

- Procurement

**What will make you successful

- University Degree in Engineering or Economics

- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics as Planner, especially in demand planning

- Good knowledge of Excel and SAP

- Initiative and Proactivity

- Strong communication skills

- Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis

- Fluent English & Italian
