The Role: Demand Planner

We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Demand Planner who can join the Demand & Distribution Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan.

As part of the Omnichannel Planning & Allocation Team, you will hold a cross-functional position, working closely with key departments such as Production, Planning, and Merchandising to ensure the consistent execution of business strategies.

The Day-To-Day: Develop, maintain and improve a consolidated Demand Plan at SKU level for Permanent Products. Define in coordination with Region correct TSL target at store/SKU/size level. Support Merchandising in product life cycle management, identifying risk and opportunities in Permanent SKU selection. Coordinate with Production to define a Never Out of Stock Flow, scheduling reorders in season based on Production's timing. Maintain and improve a standard distribution model for Permanent articles to boost sales and improve coverage. Key Qualifications: Degree in management engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally as Demand Planner in Retail sector. Ability to simplify complex information and resolve data inputs to determine likely outcomes.
