Demand Planner

Our colleagues in the **Italy Supply Chain team **are looking for a new **Demand Planner.
**Role Purpose**:
KSOP/KSOE analyst is responsible for managing the E2E process, owning and enriching the total forecast within the APO system, with a 0-18 month horizon.
For a 50/50 forecast estimation, demand planner is expected to efficiently communicate cross functional with all teams' part of the S&OP process, and to challenge information received from them.
At the same time, demand planner will take care of stock for local market, following the process E2E, being the intermediate between commercial team and Supply Chain.
**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Prepares and generates demand planning forecast estimation for own portfolio assigned (complex and impactful portfolio in overall business), analysing historical data, incorporating all the insights received from cross functional S&OP team, through enrichment.
Asks for and gathers necessary market-data from cross-functional stakeholders to create S&OP volume proposal.
Always be able to present solid reasons to believe in forecast.
- Updates on a day-to-day basis forecasting signal in APO, considering all available information (historical data, sales or marketing insights, etc)
- Organises meetings with sales colleagues (KAMs, Commercial Strategy, any provider of information for a 50/50 forecast), and gather and challenge all assumptions presented there.
- Stocks managements, risks management, attend to KSOE meetings.
- Drives results: act firmly in order to improve KPIs, follow action plan and deadlines; escalates to direct manager if any blocking point; communicate proactively within the S&OP cross functional teams
- Completes all demand planning tasks assigned during the sku creation process
- Opens AVRs (additional volume requests) in time, and proactively communicates with Supply Planning colleagues to get a resolution for them
- Develops own reports which will help to analyse results and to get insights out of them, for a better forecasting estimation
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Statistical, Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
- Proven experience (over 1 years) Demand Planning and S&OP process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
- Language Skills: English (required); Second Language (preferred)
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e. g. , SAP) and Microsoft Office Experience
- Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
- Experience in working in cross functional teams
