A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Demand Planner in our Consumer Products Division, you will be at the heart of our business, shaping the future of our brands by anticipating market trends and optimizing our sales forecasts. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Chain Manager, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams, becoming a key point of reference for demand analysis and directly contributing to the success of our iconic brands. Forecasting & Analysis: Manage the end-to-end sales forecasting process (monthly and weekly), collaborating with key teams to ensure accurate forecasts aligned with business objectives. Integrate promotional forecasts and new product launches into the overall demand plan, ensuring a comprehensive and consistent view. Utilize advanced tools (including the Group tool) to build the sales forecast baseline, analyze historical data, identify trends and demand patterns, and monitor performance. Contribute to optimizing our product catalog for your categories, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Data-Driven Insights: Integrate sell-out and stock-in-trade data, promoting a "sell-out driven" culture within the organization. Forecast Coherence: Ensure the overall consistency of sales forecasts, aligning commercial forecasts with financial performance and statistical trends. Actively contribute to optimizing the forecasting process and the tools used. Play a key role in building the budget and trends for the reference brands. WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a brilliant and analytical individual with a passion for numbers and a desire to influence strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with a strong drive to achieve business goals and a commitment to excellence. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence in a matrix organization. Proven ability to build solid relationships and work effectively in a team. 3-5 years of experience in Operations, with a solid understanding of demand forecasting processes. Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
