**DEMAND PLANNER

For our Supply Chain Team based in **Milan** we are looking as of now for a **Demand Planner.

During this experience you'll be part of a dynamic team and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments, and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.

We offer **a permanent contract**.

**About the Job

- Responsible for creating an accurate short-/mid-and long-term forecast for your own managed Brands

- Tracking and improving continuously the forecast accuracy

- Close relationship with Supply Chain teams to ensure perfect execution in customer delivery

- Strong relationship with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure credibility and solid contribution to the business

- Run analyses on historical data, marked data and forecast, highly impacting business decision making

- Complete forecasts with special events on market or products based on inputs from the business

- Animate the monthly Demand Planning process by tracking and explaining changes

- Help identify risks and opportunities and setup or create own projects

You will report to the Demand Planning Manager EDP

About you

**About You

- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Similar

- At least 2/3 years' experience in Demand Planning or in other Supply Chain functions, preferable in FMCG

- Analytical and data driven without losing big picture

- Proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style

- Strong communication skills and assertiveness

- Challenging mindset and easy to adapt to continuous change

- Advanced Excel skills, knowledge in SAP-APO or IBP is a plus

- Fluent in English
