Job Description:We are looking for a Demand Planner Specialist to join our team in Milan. Reporting to the Global Demand Planning Director, your responsibilities will include:Prepare and support the local S& OP process with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams following the monthly cadence. Prepare and communicate final forecasts of by-products to supply teams. Be the primary point of contact for Sales & Marketing with regard to Planning and ForecastingSynchronize commercial plans with demand plans. Proactively identifying constraints and challenges and developing solutions tomitigate impacts all the while keeping internal customers clearly informed of developments. Provide and analyze monthly metrics reporting on forecast changes, rejections, forecast accuracy, and bias.
