**Demand Planner (Temporary Contract)

HARTMANN Italy, the Italian branch of HARTMANN Group (German health care listed company), is looking for a **Demand Planner with fixed-term contract** in our corporate offices in Verona.

S/he will be responsible for the operational submission in compliance with the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

The incumbent supports, challenges, and drives the quality of the forecast, with key focus to create the most realistic forecast possible, measured by forecast accuracy and bias (KPIs).

**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.

- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.

- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.

- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.

- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

**What do we look for?

- Advanced skills in mathematics and statistics

- Knowledge of techniques and tools for data analysis and processing

- High command of advanced Excel, Access, Power Point

- Excellent analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail

- Organizational and multitasking skills

- Good communication and relational skills

- Problem solving attitude

- Ability to work in team

- Fluent in english
