Your Mission

The position is responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products.

The Demand Planning Leader creates and maintains forecast models, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from different Departments.

This position leads the dialogue with key stakeholders in the process, inside and outside Supply Chain.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Your Contributions- Main responsibilities:

- Develop demand forecasts and operational forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.

- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.

- Interact with sales, marketing, and commercial controller to understand demand forecast drivers.

- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with different Departments to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts

- Provide input to the Production Planning function in developing inventory strategies

- Maximize use of IT systems and tools, ensure process harmonization and optimization and best practice sharing across the commercial Regions

- Develop new KPI's dashboard and measure performance

- Coordinate and manage the team, fostering talent development through appropriate training and developmental opportunities

- Collaborate to develop a modern Supply Chain culture across the entire organization

**Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility**:

- You- Education- Master's Degree- Specialization- in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics, with specialization in Business Management- ExperienceApproximately 5 years' experience in similar role with exposure to a multinational environment, ideally within the life science or similar sectors.

- Technical Competencies- Sound knowledge of SAP systems and planning software

- Able to manage with proficiency the Office Suite (Excel and Power Point in particular)

- Familiar with Supply chain Demand and Planning topics

- Skills- Ability to cope with complex situations and to deliver in a fast changing environment

- Analytical with business acumen

- Strong leadership capabilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Customer orientation

- High problem-solving and decision-making capability

- Ability to relate with flexibility, diplomacy and assertiveness

- Ability to generate positive relations and team management
