Review historical sales trends, prepare forecast data and generate the rolling 18 months statistical forecast models (multiple levels of aggregation), and validate the overall consistency of the forecast (Assigned Region).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Commercial teams to review, challenge and validate the latest assumptions and market intelligence and refine the forecast accordingly to obtain an unconstrained, unbiased forecast at item level.

Manage phase-in and phase-out plans on forecast and cannibalization on existing products.

Responsible to insert specific customers' forecast.

Share to plants managers (within the assigned Region) relevantrequirements to support capacity planning.

Actively participate in forecasting and planning exercises; Manage ad-hoc requests

Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy (Monitor KPI's).

Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in process, people and systems within scope

Establish cohesive working relationships with various internal departments (Global)

Be the expert and single point of contact (for your assigned region) for demand planning/forecasting.

Master's degree in Economics/Statistic or Engineering/scientific disciplines (or equivalent)

2 to 4 years of experience in an analytical role in any of the following area:

Forecasting / Demand Planning / Supply Planning / Logistics

Understanding of the Supply Chain functions and S&OP process, with a good commercial awareness.

Working knowledge of software related to demand planning is preferred.

Fluent level of spoken and written English

Problem Solving and Customer Care approach.

Capabilities:

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data sets from multiple sources.

Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

This position will be located at our Headquarter in Brugine.
