DEMAND and SUPPLY PLANNING SPECIALIST

Is responsible for the Demand and Supply planning of specific technological products, following the guide lines with the aim to guarantee forecast accuracy and product availability with stock optimization.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

- Management of business plan through a Demand Plan definition, based on an agreed output of a monthly S&OP process and a daily interaction with marketing - sales - finance departments;

- Historical sales data analysis to identify the reasons of variances between actuals and forecasts;

- Management of Inventory Plan for specific technological products, defining the purchase and repair requirements following the defined stock levels target and the available budget;

- To manage with the Group Planning and/or External Providers the material delivery plans;

- Participation in the definition of the Supply agreements of technological products with deep focus on provisioning process;

- To prepare the documentations and reports necessary for the decision-making process of the top Management.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

- Education: Degree in engineering (preference for Industrial Engineering), or Economics

- Years of Experience: 3-4 years

- Professional requirements:

- Deep knowledge of Telco Industry or FMCG sector;

- Strong flexibility for Sales & Marketing dynamics and targets;

- Deep knowledge of Supply Chain processes, mainly Demand and Supply Planning;

- Proven experience on S&OP or IBP Processes is highly appreciated.

Technical Requirement and Soft Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel and Power point;

- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence and APS systems;

- Good analytical skills and problem solving attitude;

- Good in communication and relationship;

- Leadership attitude.

- Language: English fluent (written, spoken)
