**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:
- Your main interfaces will be the GSV Sales Planner in coordination with Head of Sales and his team and the MS supply chain team
- Sales & demand forecast:
- You support the Sales Planner in managing the supply/demand for HW & HW services activities on behalf of the GSV country head of sales ensuring all customer's requirements are met at lead-time,
- You contribute to manage the inventory levels for the region balancing Supply/Demand with MS financial targets
- With MS Supply team's inputs, you share Weekly build plan / priorities meetings with Sales team
- You compile sales forecast needs and build a supply plan to be shared with Worldline MS supply chain
- You manage customers escalations (non-served or non-forecasted demands) with MS supply chain & the sales team
- You produce Weekly/Monthly KPI reports.
- Country HW & HW Services portfolio management:
- HW & accessories product reference management:
- You ensure SF catalogue is also updated in alignment with Central Marketing product Team.
- HW services catalogue:
- You manage the HW services proposed to customers in the country,
- You make sure to have a pricing catalogue of the services and interface with the 3rd party partners delivering some of the services.
**Signs of success
- The country plans its revenue correctly and achieve its financial goals (rev, leadtime, stock levels, etc. . )
- The sales team manages to provide good visibility to their customers & achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
**Skills we can't do without**:
- You have a good understanding of MRP / ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- You are autonomous in extracting sales needs from SFDC
- You have a strong sales & customer empathy
- You master Excel
- You want to work in international context at Europe level
- You have an energetic personality with a positive approach and eagerness to develop his/her knowledge and skills.
- You are a self-starter, result driven and are taking initiatives.
- You are flexible, able to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- You have strong attention to details & have structured way of working.
- You are flexible, proactive, have good problem solving and good communication skills
- You have the capability to build meaningful and concise reports allowing rational decisions
