The Role: We are looking for a Demand Planner.

Reporting into the Demand Planning Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and support the local S&OP process with the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams following the monthly cadence; Preparing and communicating final forecasts by products to supply teams; Be the primary point of contact for Sales & Marketing with regards to Planning and Forecasting; Synchronize commercial plans with demand plans; Proactively identifying constraints and challenges and developing solutions to mitigate impacts all the while keeping internal customers clearly informed of developments; Provide and analyse monthly metrics reporting on forecast changes, rejections, forecast accuracy, bias; Define replenishment needs for DACH and Iberian warehouses and replenishment needs for distributed brands.

What We Are Looking For: Strong expertise in Demand Planning possibly with perfume /cosmetics products background; Experience using FuturMaster as a Demand Planning Tool; Experience using SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Centre or similar ERP; Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills; Highly analytical mindset; Ability to work at a fast pace and in a constantly shifting global supply chain environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
