Uses ingredients respecting established quality standards. Measures the doses following the prescribed procedures. Reads and interprets recipes and technical documentation, chooses the raw and auxiliary materials respecting quality standards and providing for the necessary quantity. Sets up and keeps the workplace clean. - Fixed-term contract (March - end of November 2024) - CCNL Tourism - Availability from Monday to Sunday with two days of rest. - Room and board provided. Minimum Requirements: Diploma / qualification / specialization courses. Experience in the role of at least one year gained in restaurants, laboratories, and/or Relais & Chateaux. Knowledge of cooking and food preservation techniques. Technical knowledge on leavened products and basic pastry. Knowledge of different types of sweets, chocolate, spices, and various processing techniques. Passion, organizational, and time management skills complete the profile.
