Department Manager - Kuwait
PositionJoin Our Team as a Department Manager at Dior!In this critical role, you will be instrumental in driving departmental sales and profitability by closely collaborating with Area Managers and Store Managers.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing commercial performance, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and executing strategic directives set by the Division Manager.

Reporting directly to the Division Manager, you will monitor sales targets, analyze market trends, and ensure smooth operational functions such as store openings and renovations.
Additionally, as a leader within the team, you will mentor and guide staff, participate in recruitment processes, conduct performance appraisals, and foster individual development plans in alignment with HR policies.
