For our Store in Milan we are looking for a **Department Manager**.
He/She is responsible for defining and implementing business strategies and maximizing the results of the store in support of Management.
He/she must ensure a proactive approach to business needs and trends.
He/she acts as a positive role model to the staff and manages the employee activities to meet the financial and marketing objectives of the company.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of operations and strategies in order to execute initiatives, drive profitable sales and control expenses.
Effectively executes company programs and initiatives.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedure.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Achieve sales results and budget
- Collaborate with the Store management on commercial strategies aimed at achieving and consolidating KPIs
- Shared with the management the business needs and possible actions to achieve the result
- Constantly monitor the standards and commercial needs of the store
- Proactively and effectively manage product needs
- Constantly promote and represent the values of the brand and ensure that the values are shared with the customer
- Ensure that all in-store and Marketing activities are implemented in line with company guidelines
- Support the management in the recruitment process in line with brand expectations
- Promote the training of the store team in relation to the product, customer service and company projects
- Identify the potential and development areas of the team ensuring a culture of succession planning
- Establish and maintain a positive, professional and result-oriented atmosphere
- Constantly monitor the quality of Customer Service through Sales Assistant KPIs
- Ensure clientelling and CRM processes through a culture of customer experience
- Ensure and implement operations processes according to company standards.
- Minimize inventory losses by implementing and guaranteeing stock management and loss prevention strategies.
**REQUISITIONS**:
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role
- Digital mindset
- Ambition to growth
- Fluency in English and Italian is required (another language is considered a plus)
