Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position The Depot Fleet Coordinator will be working together with the Fleet Operation Manager within the Transport functional area, in charge of developing all policies, procedures, and operational plans within the fleet depots.
Responsible for planning's definition for each depot from the layout to the realization.
Define and implement the transport depot operational plan focused on key strategic, operation and administration plans.
Collaborate with the fleet manager to define and implement the agreement with local suppliers.
Ensure fleet depots have all the infrastructures and facilities necessary to be operative.
Define the operational time schedule for each fleet depot and consequently assess the level of service required both for staff and vehicles at the different stage.
Support the design team in charge of the definition of temporary set up for the fleet depot to ensure that all relevant spaces and equipment are provided in line with the demand.
Requirements Excellent knowledge of transportation/mobility/logistic in the context of international events is preferable.
Experience managing change involving people, processes, and procedures.
Good experience in managing projects in terms of deadlines and workloads.
Good experience in project management.
Excellent team player.
Problem-solver in critical situations.
English: level C1 or equivalent certification.
Experience in planning and operational management in the transportation division for sporting or non-sporting events of international interest.
Proven experience in managing relationships with clients and suppliers and good negotiation skills in complex and articulated context.
