What do we expect from you?

You will support the Boutique Manager by building customer loyalty and by leading/developing the sales team in order to optimize and increase turnover and ensure the profitability of the boutique.

In the absence of the Boutique Manager, you are the relay and operational manager with the team.

On daily basis, you will be responsible to: Develop turnover, respect commercial practices, and the customer experience.

Ensure the proper functioning of the boutique for all subjects: safety of people, development and training of teams, monitoring of performance and clienteling actions.

Monitor and drive the financial and administrative management of the store.

Supervise stocks, inventories and after-sales operations and general stewardship.
