Our Styling team are seeking a talented Deputy Online Styling Editor to join the team.

Reporting into the Online Styling Editor, you will be tasked with bringing the NET-A-PORTER repertoire of products to life.

You will use innovative and eye-catching styling and thereby constantly improve the shopping experience at NET-A-PORTER.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

- OUTFIT CHECKS - Understand the DNA of all brands we hold across NET-A-PORTER, including who the customer is and where they fit into the market place.

Ensure any styling direction given to team is clear, consistent and accurate.

Communicating feedback constructively- CONTACT FEEDBACK - Give detailed feedback from brand contacts and call reshoots when needed ensuring they will be completed in time for the upload-

- Support the styling of key product drops through clear communication of all exclusive capsules and pre-shoots, ensuring appropriate styling is available to guarantee alignment between the styling direction and buy team and creative initiatives

- CREATIVE - Support the Editor with projects and seasonal presentations for all new brands, aiming to develop and educate the team, ensuring on site styling reflects the buy team's seasonal direction

- Support the consistent improvement of the styling team's brand knowledge through your ownership of brand 'Deep Dives'

- Using your strong styling eye and brand knowledge you will flag new brand direction and assess brand's in need of a styling refresh.

You will allocate and oversee the styling team's completion of brand 'Deep Dives'

- STAGING - Review all shots and videos in 'what's new' at staging prior to each upload, and be confident in actioning any urgent amends, feeding back to Editor

- Take ownership of staging retouch amends, actioning all amends in the staging amends document.

Monitor weekly amends looking for common trends.

Constructively feedback recurring issues to the styling team to ensure the team's development and minimise on set errors

- ON SUPPORT ASSISTANCE - Style at the highest standards any ''tricky'' items or special projects to tight deadlines

- Style and be able to shoot a rail of products at the highest standards when necessary

The type of person we are looking for:

- Significant styling experience in an editorial/luxury fashion & commercial/ecommerce environment

- A strong and thorough knowledge of NET-A-PORTER designers and brands and a keen eye on new and up-coming brands

- A real sense of runway looks and what trends are happening each season

- Strong fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends

- A good understanding and eye on style influencers within the industry

- Flair and individuality combined with awareness of NET-A-PORTER house style

- A good understanding of the competitive luxury ecommerce landscape

- A good understanding of the considerations required for on model product styling (for example brand DNA and brand alignment)

- Experience working with models and casting

- Significant experience of training, developing and mentoring people
