ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Deputy Process Engineering Manager to join our client's team, responsible for:Coordinating and supervising process engineering activities;Reviewing and analyzing technical documentation and project specifications at the initial phase;Developing process flow diagrams, mass and energy balances, and defining equipment sizing and specifications;Optimizing combustion and heat recovery processes to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact;Supporting procurement by preparing technical specifications and evaluating supplier proposals;Leading technical discussions with customers and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements;Collaborating with the design and project teams to integrate process solutions effectively;Providing on-site support for system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting;Driving innovation and continuous improvement within process engineering and product development. RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or similar;Proven experience in combustion systems, heat recovery, or process plant engineering;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in process calculations and technical documentation;Proficiency in process simulation software and Microsoft Office Suite;Availability for short business trips worldwide;Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset;Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
