Responsibilities We are looking for a Deputy Process Engineering Manager to join our client's team, responsible for: Coordinating and supervising process engineering activities; Reviewing and analyzing technical documentation and project specifications at the initial phase; Developing process flow diagrams, mass and energy balances, and defining equipment sizing and specifications; Optimizing combustion and heat recovery processes to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact; Supporting procurement by preparing technical specifications and evaluating supplier proposals; Leading technical discussions with customers and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements; Collaborating with the design and project teams to integrate process solutions effectively; Providing on-site support for system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting; Driving innovation and continuous improvement within process engineering and product development. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or similar; Proven experience in combustion systems, heat recovery, or process plant engineering; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in process calculations and technical documentation; Proficiency in process simulation software and Microsoft Office Suite; Availability for short business trips worldwide; Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset; Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
