Deputy Sales Director
For our client, a leading international appliance company, we are looking for a Deputy Sales Director for the Small Domestic Appliances segment.
Key Responsibilities: Defining sales strategy, pricing, and brand promotion in the Europe region cluster.
Sales plan implementation and achievement of goals according to KPIs.
Development and implementation of an approach to distribution, assortment, and pricing across sales channels.
Developing and defining sales forecast and planning sales.
Developing relationships with new and existing retail customers and negotiations with them.
Organization and execution of shipments of goods.
Development, approval, and implementation of promotional offers.
Developing and managing relationships with distributors, TSS channel, and other channel partners, co-managing market distribution trends, identifying new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
Develop short, mid, and long-term strategies by analyzing internal/external resources to achieve business objectives and implementing them on the market.
Monitoring channel performance and taking corrective actions as needed to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Striving for healthy trade inventory for cash flow and on-shelf/online availability.
Delivering on business and operational targets, including profit per SKU, iVM & in-store shares.
Collaborating with Marketing teams to execute promotional activities and product launches.
Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Control over weekly supply replenishment to partners and aggregated to local distribution stock.
Control Matrix proposal based on Category shelf analysis in Retailers POS as per Sales Handbook.
Complex pitch to partners according to Sales Handbook: Size of placement and sell-out activities.
Your Qualifications: Bachelor's university degree in Economics, Business, or related fields.
At least 5 years of successful experience as Retail Sales Manager/Director.
Excellent people management skills, with a minimum of 5 years of team management experience and a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
Confident and dynamic personality with a focus on target achievement and collaboration.
Service-oriented, strong networker, and able to cope with complexity.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
Ability to translate both technical and non-technical efforts for different audiences.
