Leading international Company in Luxury Retail is now looking for a Deputy Store Director Back of House for its Boutique in the heart of Milan.

Reporting to the Store Director, the Deputy Store Director Back of House, contribute to the management of the store and lead operations both in the Front and in the Back of House.

Job Responsibilities

Assure the performance of the stock and cash areas

Prepare and analyze monthly BoH performance and ensure performance standards are met

Develop and implement business action plans in order to enhance BoH processes

Monitor and support the in-store daily operation of inventory management, help store improving execution quality and efficiency to reach the final target

Participate and, if requested, lead daily store meetings tocommunicate current business trends, relevant updates and motivate store employees to perform

Train and develop the BoH Staff to ensure people are fully educated and performing about the operation procedures and guideline

Assure to be aligned with his/her FoH peers in order to guarantee the store profitability and ensure excellent results in terms of business and level of client service

Perform with high integrity in company compliance with Corporate departments

Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market place
