We are currently looking for people for the position of Deputy Store Manager at Milan.

Your scope of work:

Support for the Store Manager in managing all areas of the store (operational, team, processes). Team management (recruitment, motivation, delegation, evaluation, training and development). Organization and planning of the team's working time based on sales targets and KPIs. Responsibility for processing and displaying the product according to the standards. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Cooperation with sales support departments (Operations, HR, Marketing, Security, and Loss Prevention Department). Administration of store documentation (sales, personnel, financial). Implementation of the inventory process. Our expectations:

Experience in a similar position in the Retail industry (at least 1 - 2 years). Focus on sales results. You must have a high level of English. Ability to analyze sales reports. Highly developed organization and planning skills. Ability to match the way of motivating, engaging, and developing the team. Effective communication management and creating a culture of openness. Nice to have:

Experience in the fashion industry, experience in managing a team of about 10 people. We offer:
